You can check the status of your order any time by logging in to your account here. Order status is updated in real time.
An account allows easy access to information regarding the orders you’ve placed. Log in with your e-mail address and password to view tracking information, order status, order history, or edit shipping and billing information on future orders. You can also use your account to create and share your wishlist.
If you've lost your password, simply click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll email you with a link to reset your password.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the day your order ships. Click that link for the most up to date tracking information available from the carrier.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except in case of an error on our behalf, wherein we will issue a mailing label that will return the package to us at no cost to the customer. If you receive a product that is broken, non-functional, or otherwise damaged right out of the box, please call us or email customer support immediately. If the product is determined to be defective upon receipt by Modern Skate & Surf a full refund will be issued. We will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. Items that become defective or get damaged after any period of use must be addressed by the warranty policy of the product's manufacturer.
Refunds from a returned product are issued to the same card that was used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed 1 to 2 business days after we receive the returned item(s). Depending on your financial institution, customers generally see the credits post to their account 2-4 days after we submit your refund.
At Modern Skate & Surf, we pride ourselves on offering quality products at the best price. If you find a product for a lower price on another website within 7 days of purchase, we will refund you the difference between the lower price and our price. The item must be in stock in the same exact style, size, and color that was purchased from Modernskate.com. The website where you find the lower price cannot be an auction site. To receive your refund: Send an email to support@modernskate.com with your order number and the URL of the lower priced item. We will verify the details, issue your refund, and send you an email confirmation. Refunds are applied back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
All prices are subject to change at any time. If you purchase a product from us and the item is placed on sale within 7 days of your purchase, you can email support@modernskate.com to request a refund of the difference. You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase and the reduced item must still be on sale on the website. Refunds are applied back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
